(Answer) IBM has always been the kind of company that works on a global platform. This has lead to our services being available to a wide range of customers from all around the world. These are the people who have helped increase our demand, which has been responsible for the success of IBM. It is only befitting that the people responsible for increasing our supply be equally as diverse, acute and satisfied as professionals.
A recent company survey has led to the discovery of a few issues. The first issue is the poor diagnosis of issues in the business model. This has led to a slower streamlining of methods. Our business costs have also increased considerably with a very negligible focus on conservation. Thirdly, the lack of celebration of diverse cultures and its due inclusion has led to a language barrier and insensitivity towards human elements.
Although it might be heartbreaking to have such issues, the solution is not too far along. We have planned a white-paper to develop a larger hard drive for Watson. Furthermore, a reference check system will be put in place that would accompany Watson in a hospital setting. In order to support inclusion and cut costs, we will also be outsourcing our staff and resources to other nations with a larger labour market.
The sooner a solution is planned and implemented, the better the results in our overall work ethics, profitability and even our brand image towards our customers and shareholders.
