Expert Solution

One of very important requirement is skilled mason so he can build a good masonry structure. there is no substitute for experience, and skill which he gained over the years.
Besides skilled masons, you need the following:
A. Good construction materials.- Block, stone, or bricks need to be quality materials. Cheap, damaged, or unsound materials should not use in construction .
B. Solid, level footing at the right elevation(s). It is difficult to keep bond on block or brick courses if the footing isn’t level, and if it is not placed at the right height, there will be cuts on courses as you reach window sill, window header, and door header heights.
C. Mix design of ingredients should be as per requirements:- There are different mortar mixes for different purposes, and additives for assuring they will perform to your expectations. so choosing the proper mix design will lead good construction.
D. Mixing and finishing tools : for construction we need mortar mixing tools, a mortar box, wheel barrow, scaffolding, mortar boards, a level, and hand tools.
