If everything is a story, we need to keep considering not just what the story is about, but also how the story is told.

Start by writing about whether you think -- or feel -- there is any resistance to studying history and critiquing history at the same time, and if so, why is that?

History is unending dialogue between present and past.it is profile of past .History doesn't belong from us but we are belong from history .History is great source of truth fact .But oftenly we are not acept history and not learnt from past experience rather than we continously critise to verify wheather these are truth or false.mostly critics claim that history is figment of imagination and constructed of story .so history should be teach in such way that boost our critical , analyzing and independent thinking power.it helps to understand which should acept or which are not .the another reason of resistance to study history and critising the history at same time is to judging the merits and faults.the primary focus of historical criticism is to discover the original meaning of historical resistance means self desiginition of various movement during ii world war.
