Interest group is a group of individual that share a common interest in a specific subject and work jointly to influence public policy in it's favour. So mainly three kind interest group have been found on the basis of my own research

public interest:

It's attempt to attain benefits for society as a whole .These group are related to cause for protection of right which beneficial for human being like animal protection right , civil rights and Environment protection right.so this interest group mainly formed to secure and protection of public interst and right.

private interest group :

It's attempt to attain benefits of their individual member.private organization group consist a broad range of organization including professional groups like American Bar Association or labor union group and Congress of industrial organization.

Economic Interest Group:

The majority of interest group are Economic group.Thse are the group work together for progressive and advancement of economy of it's member .This include labor union group where all labour created a group for getting opportunity properly of economic development and justice.most of the people who represent business for the interest of Economic advancement are come under this group.

So interst group has been created to smoothly manage their organization and helps to achieve their purpose in a desirable manner.
