Do you think the management of a construction process has to always follow certain consistent sequence or there should be adaptation to circumstances? Why?

Kindly give examples of your experiences, if any.

Yes I think the management is most important in the construction process because if you don't have management it can be affect you and your construction.It is most important to having the process management because if you don't have the management for you construction process the construction time was increased and your building work is not be going in a good mannar.

Construction management having the labour detail, material detail,which work was going and which work is to be gone next,the payment details to all the workers etc

If you are not follow the sequence,your work is to be mix and nothing is to be done within the given limit.without excavation you can't construct the upper part of the building, obviously it is not possible, without managing the labour and the material and payment and there timing you can't construct your building.So you have to follow a sequence to complete your project.

If you are doing the pipe system after the paint and you are doing wiring of switches after the whole construction it is increase the work load obviously.The sequence of doing the works of a building to complete it ,is really important because it define the time taken by the building,cost of building,good working condition of the building and many more thing which can affect the construction.

Every building has the management for the construction and they are follows the sequence of the building construction process.

Ya if they want they can delay a work or they can say that it can be done after like the paint can be done after the whole construction and the wood work can also be done after,so some work can be delay for sometime but the most important work like finishing,wiring, plumbing, planning can't be done .All the processes are decided before the construction start.

The sequence is consist that the work is going to in a manner and all work is done within a limit and the construction is done in a period and not increased your time to construction and coat of the building.

So sequence is most important and all the construction processes is to be follow it .
