Pile errection steps:-
- Testing the ground for the soil type and hard layer depth.
- Calculating the structure load so that it can be determined the
need of pile size, material of pile.
- Production of piles can be done at precast stations with
specifications according to the calculation then send it to the
project location using a large trucks.( or in case of cast in setu
we directly cast the pile in ground)
- Pile lifting can use tower crane or crane car with the position
of lift point according to calculation so that there is no broken
in appointment.
- The surveyor made a field measurement to determine the points
according to the drawing and then set up the theodolite to check
the erection of the erection.
- The pile raised perpendicularly then the position of the end
diesel hammer increased and the paal cap inserted on the head of
the pile.
- Ensure the position of the upright pile and control every 2 m,
the erection is carried out to the planned depth elevation.
