Expert Solution

Humanity means the quality for being a human. Human is the most intelligent species in the world that's why it's call to being a human not being a tiger or elephant. Human have all the things like love, emotions, respect etc. But nowadays in this busy society we became so selfish that we lost our humanity. This sounds odd but this is the truth. Only to fulfill our dreams and needs we are destroying the ecosystem and polluting the environment. This is not a human behaviour, in this way we are losing our humanity.

We should go for the sustainable development. We should not only think about our life and our survival, we should think about others, at least on animals. Animals cannot speak like us, but they too have family and emotions. Without knowing anything about them we are destroying their habitat for which their number is decreasing.

If we can develop the humanity quality within us then we will not do those type of things. At least we can control the pollution and destroy from our side like to plant trees instead of cutting, don't waste freshwater, less use of polythene etc. This we should develop within us for the sustainable development.
