retirement program are the condition for current job termination program in which both benifits and problems are contributing equally. like if consider an aged person got retirement then for him it is good because at the last time of life he is free to enjoy each and every thing upto his last breath and at the time of retirement some fund or savings are given to that person according to his designation and if we consider a person who got retirement in earlyage and he is not involving in any activity so by doing nothing he's capability and other useful thing are start degrading which is a very big lose for him. As mentioned above both are equally weighted ao felixible and early reteirment both are necessary and both depends on other condition like if a guy going through some kind of crises he always wants to felexible retirement so that he can work there overcome his current situation and if a guy woh want to switch his job due to his innovative mind and idea for him eary reteirment programe option must be there.
