2. Respecting each other as an individual without judging them by their ethnic or cultural background they come from.

3. Recruiting individuals from varied backgrounds and hiring them to get a full perspective.

4. Including employees from diverse categories in the process of decision making.

5. Providing a safe environment to interact with each other, resolve conflicts through enhanced communication networks.

6. Making employees enage in exercises that help them to know each other better and understand their diverse perspective.
