What skills do you consider most important when it comes to teams and teamwork?
Communication Skills, Decision Making abilities, Problem solving skills and persuasion skills are the most important skills required for teams and teamwork.
With communication skills I can communicate my thoughts, what I want from other people who are in team effectively and their won’t be any misunderstanding, excellent communication skills also mean that how good I am at listening and understanding to whatever is communicated to me.
Decision making and problem solving skills are required for successful teams, teams are generally formed to solve some problem and these skills become extremely important for the success of teams.
Being persuasive and able to influence people are required sometimes to get the work done as and how you want, I consider this skill equally important as others mentioned above for the success of team.

I believe I have communication and problem solving skills and I think I need to polish my persuasion skills to convince and influence people easily and get the work done.
What are some effective strategies for enhancing successful team performance?

With the strategy of open communication, continuous encouragement and motivating the employees, this boosts the morale of team and fills the team members with confidence and energy.
When the team mates are motivated and have sense of belongingness with the team they tend to perform better.
The strategies mentioned above increases team performance and keep the team highly motivated thus decreasing threats to team performance.
