The key factors one should keep in mind while preparing for research studies is that the research must be communicated to management. Presenting the results generally involves written format and oral presentation. The report as well as the presentation is equally important because as the studies is completed their is a very limited evidence of the physical resource such as time consume in the project. As the presentation is crucially important because it will justify whether this research is valid or not or can be used for future references. Also a thing should be kept in mind is the clarity of the research problem. Every person has a different style of doing its research and writing down it accordingly but there are some of basic principles for noting down research report clearly which are discussed as follows: A researcher must understood the studies completely and thought must be given to what report will say thus it involves three aspects: understanding, organising and writing. The general term which must be followed for any report and research paper are as follows:

Appraise listenership: The information resulting from the study is important to the management who will use the result to make decision so therefore the results must be clearly understood by them. Avoiding of too much technical language, there are some difficulties when reporting the results of statistical analysis when there is a high probability that few or any targeted audience have a grasp of statistical concept.

Be concise but exact: It should be complete in the sense by itself and no added clarification is needed. It should be concise and must focus one the critical and utmost key elements without being too derivative What the researcher has to come understand that he/she will be judged by the contribution towards solving the research problem and not by the e effort involved in the research technique.

The last but not the least the management is expecting to see an interpretive conclusion the report thus the researcher must understand the report and interpret accordingly. The management can ask question regarding the research studies so he/she must be ready with the answers or solution and if they are comparing the client's product with that of a competitor, then this is a description of the results and not an interpretation of them.

The following summary is the suggested format for writing the research findings:

· Title page
· Summary of findings
· Table of contents
· List of tables
· List of figures

Introduction

· back history of research problem
· Objectives
· Hypotheses

Data collection

· Sample and sampling method
· Statistics used for data analysis
· Sample description

Findings

· Results, interpretation and conclusions.

Data presentation: It is easy to show data with the help of diagrams and charts and it is easily understood. A title that carry the content of the figure, also corresponding to the list of tables and the list of figures and Appropriate column labels and row labels for tables, and figure defining specific elements in the figure.

Specify whether you are choosing the mean or proportion in your report. Explain why you find this topic interesting. 2. Collect or find a source to compare data on the same topic. If you are using a source, it should be cited. Create a confidence interval from the sample. For a sample proportion, use one-prop...
