Sustainability Leadership supports the idea of the triple bottom line; the meaning is: deliberate acts and attitudes adopting a global world-view to understand the link between the earth and humanity; therefore, meaningful environmental and social change results through personal and organizational choices;

Understanding Systems Interconnections. Recognizing how each group of related factors (people, objects, processes, etc.) are connected and impacting each Think globally and into the future is crucial. Consider what current and future impacts you are having on other countries, society, oceans, animals, communities, waste, resources, etc.

Protect nature and people with each decision. Distinguish how actions taken affect the environment and people. Seek to take decisions that will reduce the negative impacts on individuals, systems, climate, and economies at the 2nd and 3rd levels.

Business transform as usual. Do something else within your check span. Change a habit that reduces waste like reading through an e-book, or double-sided printing.
Lead your actions by example. Be in control of yourself, your work, your acts, and your organisation. Keep the company to account in their acts to lead by example. Keep yourself accountable for reducing waste and rising efficiency.
