1. System software

         System software is used to give the platform for other software. It’s nothing but collection of programs and support computer operations. System software closed relationship with computer architecture.its manages input, output and data storage. System software also manage hardware .it allocate system resource, monitor system activities and its helps in file and disk management.

Operating system:

Operating system is nothing but system software. It’s used communicate between the system program, hard ware and other software.

· It’s used to manage input and output device.

· Its helps files and application in security management.

· Its manages internal and external peripheral device

· Its provides interface between the user and hardware.

· It implements network communication between the devices.

· Example OS: ANDROID, LINUX, UNIX.

           Device Drive:

                Device drive controls particular hardware in the system. Set of software used to control the hardware. It’s used to connect the system to other components.

       Multimedia software is used to edit audio, video, text and graphics. It’s used in education, business and entertainment.

    Its help user to analyze, optimize, configure and maintain a PC.Utility programs are the software programs that helps to add the functionality to your computer. It performs data compression, disk defragmentation, data recovery, computer resource and file management.
