Why to go far away, in times of Covid crisis there is report in various newspapers, however i'm quoting here Newyork times " UK pays $20 million for corona virus test kits from china and they are not working".There are similar news from different countries as well.

During such crises when its origin is contested and medicine haven't been prepared yet.Such actions by a China like country is surely not expected.

Such intentions shows potential conflict between its self interest and social interest.

Conflict is Its showing to help countries but by providing faulty kits it is rather hampering their capability to fight with covid. Here Self interest is China is trying to convey to world that it handled Covid crisis much better than the West. Here is competition of showing who is better.

However Social interest says , such crises can only be avoided by collective actions by various countries.Hence every one help out every other country in such times.

As Such diseases don't know borders. They can be back also.

Hope it helps!

Lennard–Jones potential diagrams, also called intermolecular potential energy diagrams, illustrate the relationship between the potential energy of a molecule as the distance between the two nuclei changes. Select all of the true statements regarding Lennard–Jones potential diagrams from the list below. Once the attractive forces are greater than the repulsive forces, the outer orbitals are able to overlap, thereby allowing a bond to form. Once a balance is found between the attractive and repulsive forces, the outer orbitals are able...
