Describe how to sell the marketing plan and use it to prepare for the future.
A marketing plan must be sold to members of the marketing/sales department, vendors/ad agencies and others, and top management. Changes in major objectives such as annual sales volume and in major strategies always require approval by top management. Have students present their marketing plan to the class as if the class were the top management. Ask them to “sell” their plan to the class.
