Business statistics involves aspects of math, management and market research that aid in the decision making process within a business.Statistics is used in several aspects of business, such as budgeting, tax preparation, proposals and data mining. The business statistics career field uses statistical techniques, such as data sampling and analysis, to assist in making decisions about potential business ventures and existing company practices. A business statistician might analyze data to create new marketing techniques or understand investment risk.  Ethical issues in business statistics arises when a particular group uses the statistics for misleading and purposely excluded a certain class from its statistics. Ethics in business statistics is considered an important part of workplace in the record and memos of the organization but I don’t think that these organizations are really following those standards and code of conduct. Unethical behavior in business constitutes a crime, any fraudulent activity or misleadingconduct committed by any individual will lead to a fine or imprisonment. The main reason forcommitting a fraud is to deceive people for the sole purpose to gain their trust, once that trust is broken it is ill retrievable. As a Christian, one must be faithful to the life of being a Christian. As Christ lived onearth, he not only had integrity, but love and compassion, which is the key and success of a trueChristian. Furthermore, as a Christian we rely on the bible for guidance, it scriptures and versesare full of words to live by. We are commanded to do unto other as we would have them do unto us, if we want to be treated fairly then we must keep the same attitude towards those we serveas the bible tells us to do. As a Christian, you are to be truthful in all of our endeavors as we gothrough this journey of life, treating our fellow man with respect and integrity. It is a known fact that in business unethical issueswill happen. Because people are human and the temptation to profit from theirunethical activity will happen, it is highly recommended that they do business ethically,honestly and with the utmost integrity. The ethical concerns of business maintain accurate records. There are laws that are design to deter individuals from tamperingwith data, or manipulating of same. Nonetheless, the temptation to alter said data canand will occur if we do not uphold this institution of free enterprise we hold so fervently.
