ANS: The majors threats to California's endemic plants and animals are ;-

* Due the deforestation , pollution ,hunting, farming , development and mainly farming purpose loss of habitat occur .

*Population pressures:-Due the increases in population number need of the population also increases day by day and basic dependences of population creats threats to the endemic species of plants and animals.

*The use of fossil fuel consumption, draw of fresh water from the water resources creats a big problems to the endemic plants species.

*Introduction of the non-invasive species compete with the already present species or prey on the native species.

                              As we know that the California have more than 61% of endemic species ,the highest level of endemism are found among amphibians but recently the biodiversity of the California is seriously threatened. Atleast 75% of the original habitat has already been lost.
