Consequently, understanding how to change the behaviour of populations should be a concern for any government if it is to be successful.” Discuss, using examples. We are strongly influenced by what others do. Discuss how this might be relevant to designing policies to reduce energy and water use.

Government has worried and take several step to reduce this issue .But most important Solution is modification of human Behaviour in desirable manner which only can possible through Education.Human resources should properly utilized and people should provide oppertunity to develop their inner capablity at maximum level.behaviour change means to enhance skilled of productivity and lead a balanced life which helps to reduce unemployment and develoment morality , justice , responsiblity towards law which helps to reduce crime.change of people behaiour means to make them aware and concious about harmful effect of emmission of carbon for living organism as well as human being .so a Goverment concerned above strategy to deal with major issue and of course education is ultimate weapon which demolished all the darkness and issues of society .so Government pay more attention on Education to bring effectual change of human behaviour and solve these problem.

It can be relevant diffrent way to designing policies to reduce energy and water use.when people change their behaviour and attitude then they are able to understand the importance of sustainable use of energy and water .so policy maker should keep in mind that it will helps to change the human Behaviour to conserve the resouce in secientifically.behaviour and attitude change helps to design a effective policy for bring out desirable result Regarding reduce energy and water.

It also helps to design such policy which bring major concious and helps to understand significant of energy and water . people can more judiciously use it .
