Expert Solution

We need to choose to weight the selection criteria for solutions when we are going to take a decision not for our personal benefit but for the team or some professional decisions where your decision will affect not you but your organization. During decision making we need to weight the selection criteria for solutions which are giving by different people as per their point of view. Everybody have their different level of thinking and will give different solutions for a particular problem so we need to consider their opinions so that at the time of decision they can accept the final decision.

For example:- If we take an example of a team leader where he/she needs to take a decision for the team then he/she should share the issue with the team members and needs to listen their solutions then only the final decision will be in favor of the team. If the team leader did not communicate or asks about the solutions then the team members will get demotivated and that will definitely affect the productivity. Nobody will ready to accept the decision. So being a team leader everyone needs to choose to weight the selection criteria for solutions so that best solution can be implemented.
