I m taking the Florida(state). Florida have more than 100000 prisoner and around 1 in every 100 person is locked up in jail.
Florida law experts are very active in formulating those laws which can reduce the crime rate in the state.

They have make the various law very strict and harsh so that a sense of fear can be created in the mind of criminals and offenders. They have introduced various rehabilitation programs in which criminals are teach good behaviors, they have been motivated to return normal life and leave the path of crime. Provisions of huge penalty are formulated to afraid the criminals as they are not able to pay huge amount of penalty.

Those prisoners who show good behavior in prison they have been released prior to their decided period of punishment. Law enforcement have ban the supply of drugs which is one of the cause of commission of crime. They have also prohibited the illegal and black market in the Florida.

They have given the warning to the gangs who are often indulged in all criminal activities happen in the state. The ministers has given the power to the law enforcement personnel to take strict actions against the criminals, gangsters, offenders so that a sense of fear can be develop in the mind of criminals and offenders.

The law enforcement has been advised to involved in the local residents on the incident happening in the society and CCTV camera has been placed every where in the city to capture the every moment. This wat criminal will think 100 times prior to committing any crime or illegal act and this way less people will be arrested and the prison population can be controlled and reduced.
