Make a list of what you believe to be rights belonging to all humans. Use any of the theories of rights to support your assertion that these rights belong to all.
1. We are all equal and free:. We all are born free. We have our own ideas and thoughts. We all must be treated in the similar way.
2. Don’t discriminate. These rights belong to all, whatever may be our differences.
3. Right to life. We have the right to life, & to live in safety & freedom.
4. No slavery – present and past . Noboone has right to convert us a slave.
5. No Torture. Noone can have the right to torture us. or to hurt us
6. We have similar right to apply law. I''m a person ike you!
7. We all are protected by law. The law is similar for everybody.
8. Fair treatment by courts. We can ask for law to aid us when we are not fairly been treated.
9. No unfair detainment. Noone has right to place us in prison without a reason to keep us away from the country.
The philosopher John Finnis has argued that rights of human are justifiable on the place of their instrumental worth in forming the significant conditions for well-being of human. Interest theories states the duty to place the rights of others on grounds of self-interest:
