Priavacy may be defined as any particular person's right to protect and conceal his secrets while confidentiality is the duty of any bosmdy associated with that person to keep any kind of personal information related to that person as a secret.

Three aspect of health system where information security should be there..

Patient and doctor - maintaining the confidentiality of the patient is a duty of doctor because it is the chief cause of trust between doctor and patient , if doctor does not keep his secret then it is a breach of trust and next time petient will either not disclose few of his problems or hesitates discussing it.

Doctor and patient attendant and society- doctors have privilage to disclose some of the information to patient family member if it is for the benefit of patient or without telling patient becomes a potential cause of infection or disease to family member while other way abhealth care worker should avoid revealing these facts in society as it may become a basis of discrimination and potential harm against the patient.

other coworker- health worker should avoid discussing any confidential information about any patient either with there co worker or pharma companies representatives.
