Engineering projects have many issues when they are planned but the scientific experiment have a boarder range of study.

Scientific experiment create question while the engineering projects give the solution.

Scientific experiment and engineering projects are two differentworks and fields but both are human dominate.

Both are helped in creating new thing or new experiment in the world.

2.a) Empiricism:it is the evidence that one can see touch ,hear,taste or smell

It important because it is evidence that other beside yourself can experiment and it is repeateble.

b) Rationalism:it is the practice of logical reasoning.many books are help out in this.

c) skepticism:it is the possessing of the skeptical attitude.

3.The outcomes are uncertain when they are not giving the proper results.And the results are not relate the problem.And also they are not able in understanding.The outcomes of any experiment or any project is uncertain if the project and experiment take money and time but the outcome is not helpful.

Uncertain must be taken in a sense radically distinct from the familiar notion of risk,from which it has never be properly separated. The outcomes were uncertain when the management at high risk .

4.The engineer and companies have multiple solution so they can take the perfect solution that match the requirements.

The companies can use the material or product for experiment and can get the best results.

The engineers have many ideas to explore ,they can do many experiment by one material and they are find out many things from the one experiment.
