in the business. Such core values do not alter year after year but
instead accompany the history of the organization over many
periods.
While there are events that shake fundamentals of companies and
make them rethink the vision for the long term. Apple is a tech
giant, and as such it offers a range of value propositions that
identify Apple 's name among customers. Apple's three fundamental
value propositions leverages on the "Think Different" motto; secure
tech apps for mass markets; and in 2019, Apple also started to
focus more and more on privacy to differentiate itself from other
tech giants.
Apple has a business model, which is divided between goods and services. Apple is now a rising software business where the iPhone accounted for more than 54 per cent of Apple's sales in 2019. Services (digital content, cloud, licensing) and the wearables and accessories (AirPods and Apple Watch) are other fast growing segments.
