Every business organization use Eight steps to became more inclusive.There are some effecting steps which helps to promote the business organization and also helps to increase profit of the business organization.

Step 1(promotion)

As we all know an industries development is depending on the promotional matter. If a Business organization promotes their service with an effective way it will be very much Benefitial for the organization. The fist step of the promoting is getting out and tell everyone about the facilities and offers they are giving. There are many ways to tell people about the organization such as Using posters, Flyers and other promotional tools.Sometime business organization often appoits well skiiled and experienced sales manager who can take responsibility of the whole promotional matter.

As example When a new College is opening, College authority always used to tell students about the facilities of the school and what kind of programs they are offering.

Step2(Set a Goal or Target)

Always set a goal what you want to achive.This kind of planning helps to boost the motivation of the work not only that it also helps the worker to be determined about their target and work according to the plan.

Step 3(Always keep an eye on other Industries)

Step 6(Reduce Stereotype)

Stop being Judgemental At first. In work situation some Stereotypes create a wrong assumption. This kind of Assumption creates wrong judgement about Someone's ability.

According to Craig Hughes, People should be judged according to their performance and ability not by a wrong or misconceptional Assumption.

Dyslexia is the biggest example of this kind of wrong Assumption.

Step 7(Encouragement)

Always try to encourage the workers. According to a Buisness Analyst an appreciation and encouragement always helps to increase the work motivation of the employees. An Encouragement before starting a project can helps in the succession of the project.But always try to give equal encouragement to the employees otherwise it will create biasness.

Step 8(Equal Chances)

Always try to give equal chances to every employee so that they can get a chance to feel confident. As Inclusion refers to developing the posibilities and Abililities. So everyone should get a chance to enhance their ability and Confidence.People have many kinds of choices . So try to give chances according to their choices.

Sometimes an organization cant able to perform enough good just because of their employees. Sometimes they are not that much dedicated towards their work and this can be the result of Poor Productivity and Less productivity. Here this eight stages focusing on the employee also. Here are some strategies which helps to motivate the employees and improve their working Qualities.
