Here the organization chart consist of the following positions:

1)Director: The owner fo the fitness centre is the director himself. He is the one who looks into expansion, diversification, opening branches, collaborating with other fitness centres.

2)CEO or the Chief Executive Officer:He is the one looks into the functionality of the gym and under him is the finance department , the HR department and the equipment department.

3)Finance: There is one accountant and clear who look into every aspect of the financing, right from membership fees or any other kind of fees to the inflow outflow of the fund.

4)Human Resource: This is a very important department as everything comes under it has an HR manager which looks into the functioning of every other member. It looks into the salary of every staff. It indulges with all positions hiring which includes trainer, physical fitness expert, nutritionist, housekeeping and receptionist.

5)Equipment: Here there is one manager and clerk who look into the functioning of equipment as well as the new requirement or anything need replacement. Each and every aspect is being managed by them.
