Angiosperms are the type of plants
which bears flowers and flowers contains carpel and stamen.
Embryophytes are also called as land plant. The name embryophyte
was given because they nurture
the young embryo sporophyte during the early stages of its multicellular
development within the tissues of the parent gametophyte.
Therefore the embryo is retained within parent.
Gut develops from mouth end in
protostomes during embryonic stages.
Halteres are small knobbed structures modified from the
hind wings in flies. They vibrate during flight and help the
insect fly better.
Insecta consists of the animals with well distinct
Head, thorax, and abdomen with six
walking legs.
cyanobacteria were present on earth
approximately as early as 2.7 billion years ago, they carry out
photosynthesis and that is why they are known as inventor of
photosynthesis.
Firmicutes carry out Lactic-acid
fermentation to yield lactic acid as an end product.
Vascular plants have Lignin and vascular tissue which make the stem
stiff.
Eukaryotic cells have membrane-bound
organelles like the nucleus.
Seed plants produces pollens for sexual reproduction and formation
of seeds.
Diatoms are the only organism on the planet with cell
walls composed of transparent, opaline silica and ornamented by
intricate and striking patterns of silica.
Notochord is only present in Chordata, in other animals it is
found only during embryonic development.
Vertebrates comprise all species of
animals within the subphylum Vertebrata and all of them have vertebral
column.
