The universal declaration of Human rights states basic and fundamental rights to which all human beings are equal and have rights of some basic social needs.

In the case of Nigeria and Libya, we can see the responsibility of government towards own people is not as per UN charter and morality. Every human is important and part of this world, we shares world with all humans so we have responsibility to provide fundamental freedom and social rights, the violation of human rights is a serious concern because it affects humanity, slave auctions and harassment against girls are very serious offense, the responsibility of UNSC and UN is to provide basic rights and social structure where all people can live with freedom and liberty.

UN charter declares that Human trafficking, violation against girls, slavery and child labour are practices against human rights so that every country and government has a responsibility to protect human rights.
