Subway is thinking of adding more toaster ovens in select chains, due to the belief that customers are eating more toasted subs. The store CEO believes that customers in Cleveland eat toasted subs more often then the customers in Columbus. Subway did a poll to see how many patrons in Cleveland, OH prefer their subs toasted compared to the patrons in Columbus, OH. In Cleveland they found that 210 out 390 preferred their subs toasted and in Columbus 130 out of 250 preferred their subs toasted. Is there significant evidence to conclude that the proportion of toasted sub eaters in Cleveland is greater than the proportion of toasted sub eaters in Columbus at α= 0.05 level of significance?
