1-EHRs for LTC facilities EHRs for other facilities are..
A. Not one person is going to handle the case since it is going
to be long duration of time
B. Storage device that is used to maintain the record has to
withstand time.
C. Storage device has to withstand any natural disasters that are
caused to destroy the records
D. It should not be controlled by men fully. Automatic control of
records is necessary considering the duration of time it is going
to exist.
E. Qualifed person is required to handle the EHR on a long term
basis. Allowing semi skilled person to hand the data might cause
damage to the whole records.

3- Barriers to implementing using the LTC EHR's are
A.Old timers since they are not used with the technology that is
prevelant nowadays are not so comfortable with the EHR's
B.Technical failure might hamper the whole database that is being
stored.
C. Not that many skilled professional are availble to handle the
EHR's effectively

4- Special benefits do EHRs bring to Long term care facilities are
A. No special care is required in keeping of the books for a
