How do multinational corporations differ from other companies that participate in global business?
1) A Multinational Corporation produces goods and services and has offices in many countries while a global corporation also has trade relations with several other countries.
2) A Multinational Corporation is involved in the manufacture of goods and services in multiple countries, and generally, the number of nations would be in the medium range, lets say from two to ten. A global corporation also has locations in multiple countries, however the number of nations would be quite high, lets say at least around 15-20+ nations.
3) A multinational corporation often pay local workers a lower salary rate in comparison to global corporations
4) MNCs have official headquarters and on contrary global companies do not.
5) Global corporations sell the similar product with their characteristic image and on other hands Multinational Corporation adapt their products to the needs of the host countries.
