The safety measures implemented on site as a health and safety officer will be as follows:

1. Education: Education is the best armor. A mandatory safety induction will be organised for the trainees where all the safety aspects, protective gears, will be demonstrated to the trainees both theoretically and practically. Also the importance of the training and requirement of safety will be emphasised to the trainees.

2. Use of Personal Protective Equipment ( PPE) : The trainees will be provides with sets of Personal Protective Equipment such as helmets, safety shoes, safety harness for height works, gloves etc. and will be educated about their use. The use of safety equipment is mandatory at all construction sites.

3. First Aid: First Aid kits for immediate response will be arranged at site, and trained professionals with training in use of first aid, will be made available at site at all times. Trainees will also be educated about the basics of First Aid during the induction process. Also a medical examination of the trainees will be conducted before joining.

4. No trainee will be permitted to use machinery/ equipment without proper training and certification. The training will comprise will comprise of both technical skill development and safety precautions to be used. This will ensure safety of both the trainee and others around.
