Answer- First of all, Mr. Cicardo needs to change the seating arrangement on daily basis. He can change the seat partners to avoid disturbance in the classroom. During spelling test, Mr. Cicardo should manage some gap so that the students are not able to peep in one another's notebook. The teacher needs to adopt some interesting techniques to reduce the disturbance in the class. While group activity, he may give some reward to the most attentive student. He may include several teaching aids like audio-visual aids, quiz, worksheets,ppts etc to maintain the interest of the students in the classroom. During reading session, Mr. Cicardo may ask one student to read and other to demonstrate the reading part. These activities will make the class more interesting and lively. By adopting some amazing strategies for kids,Mr. Cicardo can get the attention of his students easily. He is teaching the students of grade two who are very small and can not be disciplined and attentive all the time.
