Advantages of Federal state and local government who are funding human services program are-

A. These programs are helping in maintaining a principle of equality among various diverse income groups of society.

B. These programs are also helpful in order to maintain high degree of government trust and better public expenditure.

C. These expenditures of the government will also be helpful in order to maintain stability in the overall economy during an economic downturn.

D. These expenditures are also helpful in order to provide various sections of society of better prospect of having an access to various desirable needs at a lower cost.

Disadvantages of Federal and local government funding human service program are as follows-

A. These will be instilling a culture of carelessness among various people.

B. High level of advantages related to various services are leading to lack of proper financial management by various sections of society

C. Many people are trying to get the the advantages even though they are making a higher amount of money.

D. These can even increase the disparity of income if expenditures are not managed in a proper way.

They should continue to do but they should be properly managing with their expenditure in order to have a better Federal government budget and they should be trying to use the public money in a more suitable and accountable way so that they can be reducing the disparity of income and they can also be helping various sections of the society in order to have an access to various necessity services and it can be said that these services are helpful but they should be actively managed and proper allocation of budgeting should be done to them because these are kind of public expenditure and these are necessary to certain section of society and these society should be identified and they should be provided with it and it should not be very uniform in nature.
