Needs assessment for a company will be carried out by establishing a systematic process so that needs are determined and then addressed. An important aspect of this is that gaps have to be identified between current conditions existing in the company and the desired conditions that want to be achieved.

For carrying out needs assessment in my company I would develop a needs chain model. This is a framework that will allow my company to simultaneously determine the needs of individuals within the company and the needs of the organization as well. This will help in prioritizing resources and will enable proper and optimal identification of areas of improvement in an organization. A comprehensive assessment has to be carried out and on the basis of this assessment an assessment results chart will have to be made. The result of the assessment will have to be carefully tabulated. This will help in developing a proper solution so that the identified gaps can be filled optimally.
