Brainstorm the advantages and disadvantages of both recruiting from within the organization and also external recruitment. What are the risks associated with both? What do you believe would be the most important consideration as to why to hire internally or externally?

The risk associated with both are the performance risk where no one is sure whether the new role will fit into both the external or internal hire. Also, it doesn’t sure if the candidate can survive on the new role for a longer period of time
I would consider internal hiring due to promoting motivation for existing employee and will consider outside hiring for bringing in new talents.
