1) write a business letter to one of the following individuals and submit an appropriate envelop with your letter
a) tour mayor asking for an appointment and explaining why you need one
b) your collage president stressing the need for more parking spaces or for additional computers in a library
(a) Following are the sample letter for the appointment to tour mayor.

Letter : In the letter,Mention the date then Mayor name in the left corner following his address & city. A.then, write the subject that why are you Writing the latter,your problems, suggestions etc. and in the last write your name and position.
