Marketing communication plays an important role in promoting the products.There are so many strategies and plans are used to take the product towards success.But sometimes the strategies and plans will not work properly will leads to a failure.That happens due to so many reasons like product does not meet customer needs,due to wrong place selection,already used strategy etc.

Lets identify a marketing communication failure in the U.S:

  • Customers are always with great expectations towards every product during their purchase.If that product fail to meet the needs and When the product manufactured is not meeting up their standards or expectations then it will be a failure in the market.

  • If the actual content is not delivered properly through adds then it will not attract the customer.There the product will fail to perform.Fail in communicating the content of the product.

  • Not so attractive with their design and performance, innovative and performance are very important for any product.

  • If rules and regulation and brand compliance guidelines is also one of the reason

  • Over expectations and under deliver.Improper use of marketing communication leads to over expectations,due to which if product fail to meet their expectations then negative feedback create failure of product.

  • Not spending much time for communicating campaign

BURGER KING: Promote its brand in a smart way by using smart devices with a list of ingredients posted in Wikipedia but the hackers altered and included ingredients, like cyanide.

PEPSICO: Its promoted its new product caffeine free crystal Pepsi.They promoted the product as healthy and pure diet beverage.Finds most of the consumers are not convinced with the product.

These are the best examples which tells us that if the content of the product and its actual use etc. are not promoted than their will be failure in the market.

Sometimes its not properly analyzed with proper sources and not secured than there will be failure in the market.
