Authorise leadership and provide direction to other members of the Project Board and to the Project Manager

Be aware that all important members of the project are committed to the project and properly represented in the project's organisation structure ·

Also ensure that budget holders and resource owners are committed to the project and that the funds and other resources required are made available when required ·

Be sure that project governance arrangements which have a wide importance are put in place properly ·

Inform senior stakeholders about the current and forecast status of the project the are working on·

receive, consider and act on regular frequent reports/briefings from the Project Manager ·

Conduct round table meetings of the Project Board ·
