Public policy includes the implementation of the heath care policies for the common people in society with investments for their regular health check up in society. It includes providing awareness regarding issuing of insurances and health care facilities for people in society. The private and public health care faciltiies are available which have the potential to treat people in their illnesses in society. These services have the role to provide the regular health care facilities with arrangement of workshops and campaigns for the benefit of the people and providing drugs, medicines and the proper diagnosis of their illness by regular check up from reputed doctor in various cities and villages. The database of the diseases prevalent in the people in the society is prepared with the mentioning of the common disorders in the reference dictionary and books for future reference. The tables are made for the role and significance of these commonly prevalent diseases based on the lifestyle of the people and their treamtment methods. Efforts are being made to ensure that people get safe and healthy water to drink so that it is beneficial for them in society. The life-expectancy of the people increases by following a healthy and safe diet with maintenance of health and hygiene in society. The major issues which are discussed include the premature birth of child, poor socio-economic status of child, poor diet and nutrition of the child leading to nutritional diseases, death of children in society due to malaria. The efforts have been made to implement awareness programs for the benefit of these people living in low and cheap socio-economic conditions in the society. The study of diseases like HIV, AIDS, effect of drugs in society with rehabilitation of people suffering from endemic diseases in the society. The efforts provided by the public health care programs include:
Psychologists study the biopsycho-social model studies the health and illness of patients which includes many factors like social factors, behavioral factors, and psychological factors for maintaining their health in society. This model has been adopted by the world health organization. The are various types of studies like clinical psychology which includes the study of the health care perspectives wit hrehabilitation measures for the people suffering from the mental problems in society. Various emtional, psychological and emotional factors are studied for the benefit of the people in the society with a relevance and importance on the implications of the necessart prevention measures for overcoming such problems in the society. The health care provided by the psychologists is characterized briefly under various types like:
1) Primary care- it involves the study of the diagnostic problems of the people in the society with necessary counseling of their problems and stress in society
2)secondary care- It involves the division of the people in various groups like children, adult according to the disability and disease in society.
3)tertiary care- It involves the study and diagnosis of the problems and treatment of the life threatening problems in the society like cancer, respiratory diseases, and renal diseases.
Various cognitive, social, behavioral and counseling therapies are provided by the psychologists for the effective treatment of the patients suffering from stress, trauma, anxiety and depression in the society.
