I have been working in FM station and most recently I carried out a training program as a supervisor. Carrying out a training program inside any organisation is a tough task. By implementing different strategies and introducing different motivational approaches to maintain a power between the task and myself was one of the most essential things that were done.
Most of the times I have used goal theory, with the help of the goal theory I have successfully achieved so many goals in the specific training programs.
Motivational theory is divided into the following influencing factors.
Mastery goals
Buy successfully learning the overall scenario of the specific training programs and determining the needs I had successfully implemented a plant which directly influence the company is over on productivity towards a specific training program. By having an ability to analyse the situation at the current time I have mastered the specific training program and have provided most productive trainees to the organisation.
By having mustard in specific situations in which the training is been provided for example I was carrying out the training in the order in the audio department which required special hearing as well as skills.

Performance goals

By providing constant performance in the training program as well as provision of quality services towards the trainees was one of my main goals for attending the performance training. By organising the performance training I was successful in building relationships between the organisation in the employees to provide a better productive environment.
By constant performance improvement and evaluation of the situation enabled me to determine the overall effectiveness of the program and perform accordingly to the training programs goals.

Outcome goals

Buy successfully determining the overall outcomes of the specific training programs I had design the training programs according to the desired outcomes. By constantly providing information to the trainees about the desired outcome and motivating them to progress themselves according to the training program was one of my main motive.
By having an idea about the specific outcomes .
Knowing the outcomes as well as a valuation of the outcome can very beneficial for any training program inside any organisation for improved efficiency as well as productivity. By having specific knowledge about the desired outcomes one can easily determine the level of involvement in a project.

Successfully implementing these influencing factors into my training program I was able to create effective training program for my organisation. by applying the goal theory into the specific training program I created in effective as well as more efficient training program rather than following any others possibly strategy. Approach increase the level of understanding as well as involvement in the training program which directly increases the overall efficiency as well productivity of the training program towards the trainees.
Implementation of goal theory in training programme inside your organisation was very effective and training program was a huge success as I have successfully train 5 people which directly passed the company's quality test according to the training program. It was a successful training program which was later implemented into the organisation as a regular training program and I was provided the authority to operate this training programs for the company's future.
