As a consultant I will develop the following quality management plan:

1. As a Quality consultant , I will help Suburban Homes re-shape and re-focus their culture to concentrate on the quality of their work processes, the people, the systems and the structures.

2. I will help them to optimize and manage the quality of their organization, products and services. I will provide guidance with development of a Strategic Quality Plan as well as Quality Teams. I can help analyze and improve their Key Business Processes and help them implement Benchmarking to determine the effectiveness of their processes, systems and structures.

3. As Suburban Homes did not place a strong emphasis on quality and is not well versed with quality management tools and techniques, but focused on meeting industrial standards, the company has realized that it must exceed all the quality standards to expand its business successfully. So, as a consultant I can help them in improving the quality and develop a quality management plan.

4. We aim to meet or exceed the needs of the organization’s stakeholders and customers and positively impact the organization and departments bottom-line. We have helped our clients eliminate waste using Lean. And provided Kaizen to reduce their new product development cycle time and costs as well as time to get their products to market.

5. A culture of quality is the critical component to quality success. Most organizational cultures lack the elements to create a culture of quality. A culture of quality provides a foundation that fosters the implementation of quality programs.

6. The Quality Management Plan helps the project manager determine if deliverables are being produced to an acceptable quality level and if the project processes used to manage and create the deliverables are effective and properly applied.

7. First, I will set the overall quality objectives and the plan for quality project deliverables. For this, first we have to identify the standards that will be used to evaluate the quality of project deliverables. Then, Setting the criteria for completeness and correctness. Working with the client up front to define the success is essential and crucial for long-term lucrative relationship. Then, In order to assure the client that the quality is being met constantly, I will disclose the QA processes. Then, I will list and elaborate on the tools that we are going to use throughout the project cycle.

8. Project communication is very important in order to complete the task. All the project teams that I create should work together. If we work together with ease then we can be successful in improving the quality of the organization. Project managers and teams has to focus on meeting the customer’s needs.
