answer-

"Vehicles are prohibited on the paths in the park" is used as an example of a law that might require clarification.-

according to me, law is trying to interpret that park is for walk not for vehicles but according to me all vehicles are not same.so vehicles should be prohibit based on the following points.

motorcycles-

motorcycles should be prohibited on to the paths of park because they would produce nosies of engines, emit polluted gases to the parks aslo there are likely chances of accidents cause of slippery grasses or wet grounds of the park.

BICYCLES-

law should not prohbit bicycles because it is man operated also i does not emit any kind of noise or air pollution aslo it is good for health to ride bicycle as all body muscles are enganged while riding bicycle.

children's pedal cars, and battery-powered remote-control cars.

these are also not prohibited because a park is the only place where children can use such vehicles also they do not do any harm to others. if children do not play with such vehicles in the parke so where they would ride them on the raod.

so basically, those vehicles which produces pollution in the park, prone to accidents & harm others should be prohibited.

*above answer is written in my own words.hope this answer would help you.good luck & rate.

Not all discrimination is prohibited by law. For example, employers routinely discriminate between potential employees based upon education or experience. Other types of discrimination are more subtle, but still legal. For example, some employers discriminate between potential employees based upon personal characteristics such as weight or attractiveness. Should employers be permitted to discriminate based upon attractiveness? Take a side and argue that an employer should or should not be permitted by law to discriminate against persons who are not attractive.
