As companies and organizations expand globally, many working teams include members who are geographically dispersed -- located in different cities, states and even countries. Assume that you have been assigned the task of developing a virtual team where the team members are each in a different location. How might you organize, manage, and support this team so that it is successful despite the geographic spread of its members? Identify at least three concrete, specific things that you would do to make your team as effective and successful as possible.

Managing organization which is expanding globally and many working teams including members who are geographically dispersed like located in different cities, states and even countries. As per the assigned duties to developing a virtual team members are each in a different location and I will identify and make a list of each members and take the mobile number of each members and create a group that for communication, suggestion, report and complains and develop a mobile app with GPS feature and inbuilt details of jobs and responsibility and suggest the team to install this app and keep updating all the activities detail in that app. Through the help of video conferencing and whatapp group will keep in touch with team and explain their jobs and take the suggestion from the team.

Three concrete specific things that I will do for making team effective and successful-

  1. Proper communication through video conferencing and whatapp group.
  2. Taking the report of activities of team every day.
  3. Sharing the information, understanding the difficulties and finding the best possible solutions.
