When a teen age boys or girls committed to crime under below 18 age group then they are regerded as juvenile.

Police discretion towards juvenile is changed.they understand the actual situation of them.mostly child unconsciously indulged themselves in crime due to immaturity.in early period, police even encountered juvinile for minor crime but now police handle substantial amount of discretion to handle this encounter. They are some times ignoring to arrest them..police also make contact through councelling of juveniles and their parents as well as through working with social workers , school and youth agencies to reduce deliquency. Police are now are more protective towards juvenile and their focus not punished them but protect and refrom them.

Juvenile is serious issue in today society.young people are diverted from main social stream and addicted in drugs, alchohol which is major factor of juvenile.Encounter is not solution for it.but they should make understand the consquence of juvenile , various kinds of therapy also should conducted to keep proper balanced of mental health.we are living in 21 St century.today child is tomorrow propeller of Nation.so we can not think for single moment that these youngstar will lead them in juvenile.police coopration and assistance is utmost necessity to cure of this social diseases.
