Employer will always have a backup plan in order to manage the disaster situations. They deals with work roles management of employees in the organization. Whenever the disaster is to hit the organization, the backup plans like involving the more employees strength and professional to handle these kind of situations. They are prepared for the handling of the disaster situations by handling the human resources and any software backing up and data backup.

Employer's main strategy in the time of disaster handling in along with other departments like human resources and backup management in the organization. Emergency responsive backup is maintained before the disaster hit the organization, so that the response team will act immediately in the disaster management strategy and improves the work management at the time of disaster.
