The popularity of Online courses have been rising rapidly due its ease of access, however, there are some major concerns one may face when opting for an online course. Some of them are:

1. Credibility in the market: The credibility of the online course is one of the biggest concern. The question, how credible is the course provider? Is the course having any value in the market? rises up frequently. Generally, the courses provided by educational institutions are considered to be more credible than professional individuals but the same costs more which is the second concern.

2. The cost of the concern: Usually online courses ranges from $10 to any amount that the provider wishes to charge. Meagre amounts are representation of the worthlessness of the course in the market while costly ones brings up the question, would the returns on the course be good? For if someone, for example, spends $1500 on a course, he/she expects to not only just learn but also monetize the learning. What if the course is not worth it?

3. Content of the course: The content of the course is another big concern. Usually, courses are accompanied by introductory videos outlining the structure of the course, however, at times one's expectation of indepth knowledge of a particular topic or subject may not be fulfilled later on in the course thereby leading to a waste of cash in the course. There are refund processes but it doesn't last for long so the risk of not feeling fulfilled at the end of the day remains.
