Cost:
A project is not considered viable if its is not delivered within its budget. The cost viability of a project can change over the course of the project. However, due to the short timeframe and current trends in the market, we can assure you that project is viable from cost perspective.

Time:
This project can be delivered on time by the requested date. A project schedule has been prepared for the project. We are confident that handover is expectedby 15-04-2019.

To mitigate any time related issues, we have a backup team and another standby subcontractor to deliver the project on-time.
Manpower:
Manpower is important aspect in project’s viability, losing key member of a staff member can cause a project to lose its viability. In addition to our permanent staff, we have various agreements with other friendly firms, contractors, sub-contractors, and recruitment agencies.
Quality of the build is checked and tested at various stages of the projects. At the main milestones as shown on the schedule our quality assurance team shall inspect and works.
Our company is ISO certified and shall confirm with ISO 15928 standards for; Houses – Description of performance—part 5 Operating energy.
To keep the quality of the build (Whichever tier is chosen) shall be maintained by regular quality inspections.
Inspections shall be done to check the procured items, check against the specification, industry standards and regulations, it shall also whether it meets your chosen requirements (Chosen tier option).
