Hi...this is proposal final year project virtual run event.Can you give answer marketing department before, during and after logical for event virtual run when COVID-19.Logistic event only before event because actually event cancelled due COVID-19.Now I'm marketing department to task virtual run event.Can you explain job scope?

The run will now become a virtual one and hence the task of the logistics and that of the marketing teams will increase 2 folds.
Before Covid-19
1. Decide the date, start and end locations and marking of the route.
2. Seeking the required permissions from the officials.
3. Deciding on the start and end time
4. Connecting with the sponsors
5. Arranging resources like water and medical needs on the route.
6. Getting people registered and arranging for participant numbers
7. Arranging for medals and certificate for the participants.
8. Advertising the run.
9. Runs generally have a musical pop up that starts or ends the run, thus arranging for it.
10. Arrangement for snacks.
With virtual run, the picture will change. Tasks that need to be completed now will be:
1. Arranging for online registrations.
2. Developing of an application that people can participate on.
3. One certificates that can be sent to the participants
4. To ensure the application is functioning well during the run
5. Advertising the run beyond the boundaries since it will take place online and hence people all over the world will be participating in it.
6. If the run has an entry fee, keeping a record of the amount received and sending acknowledgments to the respective payers.
If the run is taken over time zones, then a time that suits most needs to be decided upon and marketed accordingly.
