What is should not be targeted regarding their racial information but they should be targeted on the basis of available possibilities for development in their specific region. Every politician should look for the problems in the regional area and implement there vision strategy according to the analysis of the specific conditions.
Getting into the diversity in the specific region as well as understand the culture and needs of the society should be the primary goal of any politician for proceeding in the specific region. This would benefit the political leader to be more effective in its overall approach regarding elections.
